As a supplement to your training I offer maintenance sessions combining sports massage with an individually tailored mix including manual therapy, joint mobilisation and exercise prescription. These sessions are designed to address your personal weaknesses and deficits to reduce your risk of injury and improve performance. The focus is on the physiological and biomechanical demands of your sport.
Your first session consists of a comprehensive assessment looking at posture, strength, range of movement, proprioception and control in all of the key areas relating to your chosen activity. Included in the price is your second session, where a sports massage portion is followed by action to address the issues identified during your assessment. I recommend a monthly maintenance session, although you may wish to consider more regular appointments during particularly intensive periods of training.
