Using a combination of vertebral mobilisation, therapeutic exercise and soft tissue treatment, I treat back and neck problems in both sportspeople and the non-sporting population. Vertebral mobilisation consists largely of gentle oscillatory or rocking movements that are within the patient's control at all times, so it is a great option for those who are nervous about more aggressive treatment approaches.
